Chinnor u3a Natural History Group has over 100 members. We are active throughout the year meeting up every month. We mainly do visits to local sites, bird watching, looking at wild flowers, trees, butterflies, fungi, or just looking at the beautiful Chiltern landscape. In the winter, we organise some natural history outside speakers.
We are now looking forward to our Spring programme with visits to The Tring Natural History Museum and Bottom Wood, near Studley Green, with John Morris who famously reshaped the wood in a widely acclaimed project for the Chiltern National Landscape.
Day of the week and meeting times vary according to season and weather expectations. Why not join our group for further information about each event! We have no subscriptions but the cost of individual visits is paid on the day.
